The publics’ general impression is that of a government which hid away the facts surrounding extraterrestrials and refused to release anything. Those controlling the secret have been painted as evil men who have contempt for the truth and for the people’s right to know. “Glimpses of Disclosure” will tell a more complicated story. Those who kept the secrets were men of good will who agonized over releasing the truth. Concerned over the impact of complete disclosure, they took a middle position of carefully releasing the story of the U.S. government’s role without allowing anyone to obtain a critical mass of information.
Those who controlled the secrets have on a number of occasions purposely released key pieces of the UFO story into the public consciousness through a mixed process of disclosure and disinformation. Glimpses of Disclosure will also look at the efforts of various presidents to release elements of the UFO story, or who actually tried to initiate a complete disclosure. The efforts of the Carter and Clinton administrations will be the focus of this section.

I Have always believed in UFOs and in particular I believe many sightings are inter dimensional entities traveling through time and space, but cant interfere with our progress or any aspect of our lives ,but there seems to be other groups that abduct exc, ,I also believe that humans at some distant time had developed their psycic abilities to the point of high psycic abilities for example remote viewing,hands on healers,esp,out of body travelers,lucid dreamers, are all abilities the ancients seem to have had, if children were to be tought how to grasp these abilities early in life ,civilizations my have had a greater chance of world peace and harmony, but somewhere in the gaps of time cyclic catastrophes happened and humans were cast back into amnesia , in the last 100 yrs man has literally taken huge leaps into high technology , my guess is that higher civilizations have been helping the great military complex toward a new age through the ancient mystery schools but only through weapons ,mind control,weather control ,and absolute control for a select few to, in the near future take the population of the earth and reduce it to a small minority of the Elites, because the planet earth cannot take much more of this out of control society, of dwindling resources,… when the time comes ,the population will be reduced and the higher technology hidden away will be then used , to build a new world,. I realise that Im really rambling , but in 100 yrs from now ,I believe my vision will be the truth…where all the souls of the billions that wont be here is my deepest concern, I believe in reincarnation and I truly believe thats why there are 7 billion souls here now ,to witness the new dawn of humankind and of which extraterrestial groups will win in the battle of mankind
